Great experience!!!

I love getting my car serviced at dogget. They are fast yet thorough. Associates are always so polite and professional. Advanced technology allows your car to begin being serviced from the moment you drive in with the tire check.

Everyone was super friendly and they made the whole experience of buying a new car very easy.

The sales people were not pushy. They were patient. I said I had an appointment to run to and he didn't try to say the deal would end the moment I left or anything fishy. The finance person was effective and acknowledged warranties that would definitely be helpful and ones that were less used but still useful. I worked with the sales manager Thor, and salesperson Chris Matthew. Only point to work on in the entire experience was they set my first oil change appointment without consulting me so it fell on a day I can't make but even then a concierge text me a couple days later and we adjusted it. I wish all sales experiences were more like this one was.

I when to another dealership nearby in Port Arthur first. That dealer refused to assist me with a sensor calibration after I had my truck lifted. I called Melvin at Doggett and they said come on in and we’ll get you taken care of. Quick, reasonably priced, and great communication. If you live in the golden triangle the drive is worth it to go to Doggett Toyota for service.

I came in to get my 5000 mile tire rotation, spark plug replacement & injector service. JJ Burns (assistant service manager) was very helpful and knowledgeable and even found a discount coupon that lowered my final cost. She called when my RAV4 was ready (sooner than I expected) I would definitely recommend her and of course Doggett Toyota ! Yay!!
