I bought my first car with DOGGETT yesterday, and I had such an amazing experience working with Tyler. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and he truly makes you feel like part of his family when making decisions. There was no pressure involved. Investing in a purchase like a car can be tough, but they made this an easy and exciting experience!

I got an oil change i needed more done but thats for another day they didn't try to pressure me into doing anything that i wasn't ready to have done maintenance wise. Had snacks and coffee while I waited. Great experience will definitely be back

My Avalon was serviced at Doggett on Sept 11, 2025. All went very smoothly. I called Melvin the day before and he set the appointment first thing in the morning on the next day as I requested. Since this was a 70,000 mile service, Melvin reviewed all the recommended service as well as what would be coming up my next time in. Melvin had a ride to take me home and at mid morning he sent me an update with other recommended service. My car was ready by noon. I am very satisfied with the overall service and Melvin's attention .
