The service department opened right on time and the salesman was very nice. Tires were rotated, but the air pressure was never adjusted. The oil was changed, and U was able to use my discount coupon. I received several updates by text and a video of the car when they were inspecting it. Software updates - there were none listed. I only waited abt an hour. I was very pleased with my experience.

I was very disappointed i drop my car off for 7 that was my appointment time to change some spark plugs in my car no one touched my car i went back at 11. I picked my car up. I was not pleased at all with customer service.
