Good experience overall. Brittany was great. However, their customer service texting service was not working and it was getting very late in the day so I called for an update. The person told me they sent the text but it bounced back — I asked if I hadn’t of called wouldn’t they have called me to tell me my vehicle was ready? I literally rushed from work - which there is no such thing in Beaumont anymore with all the construction and got there minutes before they closed…
