As a first-time buyer, I was honestly a little nervous going into the process, but Kevin and Jose made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable than I ever expected. From the moment we started, they were friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely helpful.with my purchase. I never felt pressured or rushed, which meant so much to me as a first-time buyer.

The service provided was very quick. The providers will meet you at your car. Staff is professional and friendly. There are refreshments available. The building is really clean and so are bathrooms

I received an excellent service experience on my 2023 Tundra. I am from a different area, had engine issues on the road traveling. My service advisor Brittney and the service department worked diligently to get my truck repaired quickly so I could continue my trip. All the staff I encountered at Doggett Toyota were very cordial and helpfull. I highly recommend Doggett Toyota!

Norm, Gabriel and everyone else I had contact with was awesome! It becomes a stressful situation quickly when you are from out of town, and have car issues, and these guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and a great help.

My car was diagnosed quickly and serviced as soon as I was able to bring it in for repair. I was given full detail of the problem and service was fast and friendly. I did have to bring later in the day due to low staffing and a longer wait time in the morning. Other than that it was fine in a timely manner.

I brought my vehicle in to Dogget Toyota yesterday because i was experiencing a problem with the breaks, the service advisor (Melvin) was very nice and courteous and very knowledgeable about what my car needed, he also kept me informed through out the entire process, thanks Melvin

Oh, they always do a wonderful job, very professional and wait time is almost nothing. Wonderful people. The only issue I ran into this time which wasn’t a big deal…. There was no report printout I could get that showed a comparison to Toyota specifications from my vehicle and what was actually being shown by the scanner that made my camber fail on two of my tires. I think what I’m gonna do is ask if there is an alignment check/inspection only at no charge just to see how bad they’re off. This is my forever vehicle and I want to know how things are reported and determine that I need these Repairs. Also, for my own personal knowledge.
