Promotion Period: The promotion begins on May 1, 2026, and ends on June 17, 2026, at 10am Central Time. All entries must be received before the entry deadline to be eligible.
Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, owners, and agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliated, and related companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families are excluded. Entrants must be legally able to accept and use the prize and must comply with all applicable event, venue, ticketing, mobile ticket, and transfer terms.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter by visiting Doggett Toyota of Beaumont in person and requesting a no-purchase sweepstakes entry. Limit one in-person no-purchase entry request per person per calendar day. Eligible entrants may also receive entries through the following activities: test drive of a vehicle, one entry; referral of a friend who visits the dealership and identifies the entrant as the referring person, one entry; vehicle purchase, three entries; vehicle lease, three entries; completed service visit, three entries per visit. All entries, regardless of method, are subject to the same daily entry limits. Each entrant may receive an unlimited number of entries during the Promotion Period; provided, however, that no entrant may receive more than 3 entries per calendar day, regardless of method of entry.
Prize: One verified winner will receive two adjacent admission tickets to a June 2026 international soccer match scheduled to be played in Houston, Texas. The prize includes only two match tickets. Parking, transportation, lodging, meals, beverages, merchandise, insurance, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Approximate retail value of the prize: $900.
Exact seat location, row, seat numbers, team names, match number, and other ticket details may be disclosed only to the verified winner and may be withheld from public advertising for security and fraud-prevention purposes. Match date, time, teams, venue, seat location, ticket category, and ticket availability are subject to change by the event organizer, venue, ticketing provider, or other applicable authority.
Winner Selection: On June 17, 2026, at approximately 12:30 p.m. Central Time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing at its offices located at 4235 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont, TX 77006 from all eligible entries received. Sponsor may broadcast the drawing on Facebook/Instagram Live. One potential winner and one alternate potential winner will be selected. The alternate will be used only if the first potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to timely respond, cannot accept the ticket transfer, or otherwise cannot accept the prize.
Winner Notification and Verification: The potential winner will be notified by phone, text message, and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within 24 hours after Sponsor’s first notification attempt. Sponsor may require the potential winner to sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax forms, and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor. Failure to timely respond or complete required documents may result in disqualification and selection of the alternate.
By entering, entrants consent to being contacted by Sponsor by phone, text, or email solely for sweepstakes administration and winner notification purposes. Entry does not constitute consent to receive marketing calls or marketing text messages, and any such consent must be obtained separately where required by law. Message and data rates may apply.
Ticket Delivery: Tickets will be delivered electronically through the event organizer’s official ticketing platform or mobile ticket transfer process. The verified winner must have or create an account with the official ticketing platform using the email address designated for the ticket transfer, accept all applicable ticketing and event terms, and complete any required mobile ticket or app steps. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s failure to create an account, access the ticketing platform, accept the transfer, download or use a required app, maintain a compatible device, or comply with ticketing requirements.
No Cash or Substitution: Tickets are not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged, sold, bartered, auctioned, or substituted by the winner.
Event Changes, Cancellation, and Ticket Issues: Sponsor is not responsible for match cancellation, postponement, delay, relocation, schedule change, team change, seat reassignment, denial of entry, ticket invalidation, mobile ticketing issues, venue restrictions, weather, acts of God, security issues, or any other event or ticketing matter outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. Except as required by law, Sponsor will not provide cash, reimbursement, travel expenses, replacement tickets, or other compensation if the match is cancelled, postponed, relocated, delayed, or otherwise not held as scheduled. Lost, stolen, misplaced, inaccessible, or unused tickets will not be replaced by Sponsor.
Publicity Release: By entering, each entrant agrees that, if selected and verified as the winner, Sponsor may announce and use the winner’s name, photograph, video, voice, statements, and prize information for winner announcement, social media, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner must consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name in the winner announcement on Sponsor’s social media channels.
No Sponsorship or Affiliation: Sponsor is not an official sponsor, partner, licensee, commercial affiliate, or representative of the tournament, the tournament organizer, the venue, any participating team, any ticketing provider, Facebook, Meta, or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or sponsors. The prize is offered solely by Sponsor and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or affiliation by any event organizer, venue, team, ticketing platform, Facebook, or Meta. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. Entrants are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook/Meta.
Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta, Facebook, the event organizer, venue, ticketing provider, participating teams, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, transfer, use, misuse, nonuse, or inability to use the prize, except to the extent prohibited by law.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, submits false information, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to obtain entries by fraud or abuse. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, damaged, delayed, or undeliverable entries or communications. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

Governing Law: This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
