The new general manager, Gary Weems, has worked very hard to find and fix my situation from my 2023 Camry purchase back in July. Some of it was lack of information on the purchase paperwork i recieved, some of it was being sold some additional insurance i specifically said i didnt want, but im ok with it (lacked information on paperwork i got) and some of it being not enough taxes paid which is why i still dont have plates. Mr. Gary has made it worth my while to follow him wherever he works to do business. He is a straight shooter and has done everything he could to help straighten everything out. Answers his phone everytime, calls back or texts with updates. Doggett made the best decision hiring Mr. Weems because as long as he is there, I can say any customer that has contact with him, will be a repeat customer.
