J originally went in for an oil change, the customer service is immaculate and they definitely made me feel at home. The only thing that I didn't like was the wait time it took an hour for my car to go to the back for maintenance but I guess that's because they were verifying my extended warranty but 2 hours for an oil change is a bit excessive but they did a great job, they checked my tire pressure because that light was on prior to my arrival as well as my maintenance light and they were not on after I left so I'll definitely be returning I just didn't like the wait

I really enjoyed the smart path system for car buying. I have now completed the process completely was excellent and upfront with no hidden costs. Gabriel Pruett was great to work with! I am willing to drive over an hour to do business with them and will recommend them strongly in the future to my family and friends.

September 2024. Bought a gently used one owner Wrangler from Doggett. My sales person was Tiffany. On my initial call she answered every question I had. Verified it was available by actually putting eyes on the Jeep. We drove over 5 hours for this vehicle. Thru the process we didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. The vehicle was prepped very well. We worked out the fine details and I drove away very happy with my Wrangler and reflecting back on the process I would give Tiffany the sales person, Josh the used sales manager, and Rickie the general sales manager all an 11 out of 10 if I could. They were awesome.

Had my Tundra serviced at Doggett Toyota of Beaumont this week. Easy to schedule a date and time that was convenient for me. Edwin, my service advisor was awesome and very knowledgeable on what was needed for my 60K maintenance interval. It was a good experience and I’d recommend them.
